What Is Ketamine (Spravato®) Treatment?
Spravato® is a prescription nasal spray containing esketamine, a form of ketamine approved for adults with treatment-resistant depression. It works differently than traditional antidepressants by targeting the glutamate system, which may allow some individuals to experience symptom improvement more quickly.
Because of its unique effects, Spravato® is only provided at certified treatment centers and is administered under medical supervision to support safety and comfort.
How We Treat Symptoms with Ketamine Therapy
We understand that depression affects each person differently. Our approach to ketamine treatment is individualized, structured, and closely monitored.
Your care plan may include:
- A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
- Supervised Spravato® treatment sessions in a calm, private setting
- Ongoing symptom monitoring and follow-up care
- Coordination with therapy, medication management, and supportive treatments when appropriate
Ketamine treatment is often used alongside other mental health supports, such as therapy or medication, to help manage symptoms more effectively and improve overall functioning.
Our goal is to support symptom reduction while prioritizing safety, comfort, and long-term mental health stability.
